PROGRAMME
Begin your day in the auditorium with an exclusive look at what’s new, followed by an overview of the technical wizardry required to bring a production to life, presented by Glyndebourne’s Technical Director, Sam Garner-Gibbons.
Step into the heart of the theatre. Take your time exploring onstage and behind the scenes; meet the teams responsible for every performance—from lighting, stage and automation to sound and stage management—and discover the roles and equipment that make the magic happen.
Enjoy an ‘open house’ in The Hub – meet the props makers in their workshop and get an exclusive look into the costume, wigs and make up workshops with the experts who bring productions to life. You might even catch a sneak peek of a Festival 2027 production!
Join Glyndebourne’s new Head of Costume, Lorna Price, and some of the team for a fascinating look at how they transform a designer’s vision into reality, complete with a display of next season’s prototypes.
End your day with tea in the Mildmay, where you can reflect on the day and share highlights with fellow members.

Lunch Options
Your day includes an hour to enjoy lunch. Add a light buffet lunch to your booking for £24.50, or bring your own picnic to enjoy in our heated marquee.
There are two slots available for lunch breaks, 1.00pm and 1:30pm.
