Funding membership details

Funding Membership is a premium membership providing vital support to Glyndebourne’s year-round programme. It is available for a term of five or ten years with the opportunity to renew at the end of the term.

Five year Funding Membership

Total contribution of £15,000, payable in five annual instalments or one advance payment.

£1,500 fee payment included in first instalment (not payable from a charity account).

Ten year Funding Membership

Total contribution of £27,500, payable in five annual instalments or one advance payment.

£3,000 fee payment included in first instalment – (not payable from a charity account).

Funding Member contributions are made up of a voluntary donation and a fee payment to cover the benefits that Glyndebourne offers to its supporters.

When joining as a Funding Member, your contribution is split between a minimum payment for the benefits £1,500 (for five years) or £3,000 (for ten years) and a suggested voluntary donation of £13,500 (for five years) or £24,500 (for ten years). .

Benefits can be purchased for the minimum payment, and any amounts given over and above this payment are given freely as a donation. For Gift Aid Purposes the amount of your contribution which may be claimed is £13,500 (for five years) to £24,500 (for ten years).
