Terms & conditions

• To enter the prize draw, fill out the entry form, including your name and email address. After you have done this, you will be entered into the prize draw.
• By submitting an entry for the prize draw you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
• All entries must be received no later than 11.59pm on Saturday 24 June 2023.
• One entry per person is permitted. We will not accept entries sent in through agents, other websites or multiple accounts.
• There are four prizes in total. Each prize includes one Glyndebourne picnic basket (no contents are included in the basket).
• Delivery to a UK address only. If the winner would like the prize sent to an address outside the UK the winner must pay the additional delivery charges.
• The winners will be selected by a random computer-generated draw from all eligible entries received during the promotional period on or around Monday 26 June 2023. Glyndebourne will contact the winners; if we have not heard from one or more of the winners within five days, another entrant will be drawn.
• The winners agree to take part in promotional activity in relation to this prize at the request of Glyndebourne’s Communications department.
• We will use any information we collect from you for the purpose of providing the prize draw; including contacting the winners to tell them of their win, for the purposes of providing and delivering the prize and for insight and research purposes.
• Glyndebourne commits to protecting your privacy. We will only use information about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and other relevant legislation and regulations. • There is no cash alternative for any prize and, unless we agree otherwise in writing, the prize is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
