The Glyndebourne education department has been running a diverse and varied programme of projects, activities, productions and events since it was formed in 1986.

Glyndebourne is dedicated to inspiring a love of opera and has organised projects involving local people and aspiring young performers for 30 years.

Balancing the Score: supporting female composers

Balancing the Score: supporting female composers is a new development scheme exclusively for female composers offering up to four women the chance to spend two years immersed in life at Glyndebourne.

Eye to Eye

Brighton Festival and Glyndebourne are bringing together an intergenerational chorus of women and children to perform the world premiere of a new choral work about motherhood and childhood at Brighton Festival in May 2019.
