Having problems booking tickets? You may find our Frequently Asked Questions helpful

I’m having difficulty booking tickets online. What should I do?

Our website has been developed to work with the latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox. To get the best experience we suggest that you download one of these browsers.

Unfortunately we are unable to support old browser versions or Internet Explorer.  Internet Explorer is no longer developed by Microsoft and is therefore unable to support modern website features.

If you are still having problems booking online, please call the box office on +44(0)1273 815000 to book by phone.

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

Please click the ‘Forgotten your password’ button on the login page.  An email will be sent with instructions on how to recover your account.

I’ve been given a promotional code. Where do I enter this?

If you have been given a promotional code you will need to enter this when logging in to your account to access tickets. If you don’t already have an account with us, please register and then log out and log back in again with the code.

Can I use a gift voucher to pay for my tickets online?

Glyndebourne Gift vouchers can be redeemed online. You can enter your gift voucher code in the relevant box at the point of payment.

How can I purchase a gift voucher online?

If you haven’t already, you will need to register an account with us. Once you have registered, go to “My Account” and choose the Gift Vouchers option on the left. Here you can enter your amount and choose if you would like the voucher emailed to yourself or your recipient. You will receive a confirmation email to your own email address after payment is complete.

My Print at Home tickets haven’t arrived yet. What should I do?

If you have opted to receive Print at Home tickets, your tickets will be sent in a separate email attachment within 30 minutes of receiving confirmation of payment. Please check your spam/junk mail filters if you have not received the email attachment.
