Nationality: Bulgarian

The Bulgarian mezzo-soprano won first prize in the 2017 Neue Stimmen International Singing Competition. She joined Wiener Staatsoper as a soloist for seasons 2018/19 and 2019/20, making her house debut as Dryade/Ariadne auf Naxos and also performing as Rosina/Il barbiere di Siviglia, Cherubino/Le nozze di Figaro, Roßweiße/Die Walküre and Lola/Cavalleria rusticana, among other roles. Recent successes include her debut as Rosina at the Bolshoi in 2021, her debut at Opera Sofia as Cenerentola and her La Scala debut as Cherubino/Le nozze di Figaro, where she also performed the role of Rosina in a new production.
