Born in Russia, he began his training in Mednogorsk with Tatiana Mayorova and later studied at the University of Musik Franz Liszt Weimar and the University of Music Hans Eisler Berlin under the tutelage of Dr. Prof. Michail Lanskoi. He was a member of the Academy of Opéra National de Paris from 2015 to 2017. His competition successes include first prize at Bordeaux Médoc International Singing Competition, Siemens Opera Contest, Wigmore Hall/Independent Opera Song Competition, Hugo Wolf Academy International Art Song Competition, and Franz Schubert and Modern Music International Chamber Music Competition in Graz with the pianist Elitsa Desseva. He also won the Cercle Carpeaux Lyric Prize and the AROP Prize (Opéra national de Paris), and the International Maria Callas Grand Prix in Greece. Taken from the Festival 2023 programme book.
