Find out more about Norwich Theatre Royal

The Theatre Royal is located in the heart of Norwich’s beautiful city centre. As well as being the most complete medieval city in the UK, Norwich has a blossoming arts, music and cultural scene, superb retail offering, lively restaurants, bars and a heritage that is a delight to explore.

Norwich Theatre Royal has 1,300 seats and is the largest, most successful theatre in the east of England with over 400,000 people attending annually to watch 400 performances, ranging from shows for pre-school children to opera, and everything in between.

We have visited Norwich Theatre Royal since 1971 and it is the longest standing Glyndebourne Tour venue.
