Our Study Events are designed to enhance your enjoyment of each featured opera and give you an in-depth insight into our Festival productions.

Moderated by journalist Warwick Thompson and joined by speakers Nicholas Kenyon (Chief Operating Officer of the Barbican) and Professor Nicholas Till (Professor of Opera & Music Theatre at University of Sussex) – the Study Event will give you an in-depth insight into our brand new production of Die Zauberflöte. Through expert talks, panel discussions and musical previews, including members of the creative team and performing company, this event will offer a glimpse into the world behind this enchanting opera.
