Under 30s prize draw

Terms and conditions

1. This prize draw is only open to Glyndebourne under 30s members.
2. To enter you must visit the Glyndebourne website and tell us in 10 words what the Glyndebourne Festival experience means to you.
3. Entries must be received by Glyndebourne by 11.59pm (UK time) on Sunday 9 May 2021.
4. If you submit an entry for the competition, we will treat you as accepting these terms and conditions and agreeing to keep to them.
5. One entry per person is permitted. We will not accept entries sent in through agents, other websites or multiple accounts.
6. The winner will be judged by Glyndebourne. Their decision is final. There will be one winner only.
7. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner. However, if they do not respond in a reasonable timeframe, Glyndebourne reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. The winner will be awarded two tickets to the opening night of Glyndebourne Festival 2021: the performance of Janáček’s Káťa Kabanová at Glyndebourne on Thursday 20 May 2021. 
9. The prize does not include dining, travel to or from Glyndebourne, or any accommodation. 
10. The prize applies to Festival 2021 only and cannot be transferred to any other season.
11. The prize is for the personal use of the winner or their nominated recipient.
12. If the prize or any element of it, is cancelled, changed, postponed or relocated, we may give you a similar prize instead. We will not offer any form of compensation, financial or otherwise.
13. In the event of circumstances beyond our control that prevents the event from taking place, we are unable to offer an additional alternative opportunity or any other compensation.
14. If you have any accessibility needs, please let us know at the time you accept the prize and we will do our best to support you, including making arrangements for your carer.
15. We will use any personal information we collect from you for the purpose of providing the prize draw, contacting winners to tell them of their win and for the purposes of providing and delivering prizes. 
16. Any descriptions of the Glyndebourne Festival experience shared as part of this competition may be used anonymously by Glyndebourne for promotional purposes, now and in the future.
17. There is no cash alternative available for any prize and, unless we agree otherwise in writing, the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
