The Glyndebourne Sharing Picnic Platter* comprises:

Trio of starters

Char-grilled local asparagus, mangetout and peashoot salad, smoked tomato mayonnaise (v)

Inverawe smoked salmon, beetroot, orange & dill tabbouleh, dark rye bread

Chicken liver parfait, Madeira aspic, homemade piccalilli, walnut bread

Platter of mains

Extra-matured Prosciutto di San Daniele with Laverstock buffalo mozzarella

Cecina air-dried smoked beef, glazed figs and smoked almonds

Brindisa stuffed Gordal olives, char-grilled artichoke hearts, Twineham Grange cheese

Salt cod brandade and saffron croquette (cold)

All the above main courses will include:
Elizabeth David’s potato salad, Heritage tomato, basil and Bocconcini, salad with extra virgin olive oil dressing

Trio of desserts

Rum & raisin cheesecake, white chocolate, vanilla Crème Chantilly

Local strawberries & cream (May-June) or raspberries & cream (July-August)

Glazed classic lemon tart, passion fruit pannacotta, raspberry gel

Coffee and chocolate
