Subject to availability, tickets will be exchanged (a minimum of 24 hours notice is required).
Resales
Subject to availability, tickets may be accepted for resale, but resale cannot be guaranteed. Tickets will be returned for resale when all other available seats at the same price level have been sold.
Please always check with the Box Office directly before returning tickets.
The original tickets must be returned to Glyndebourne before we can begin the resale process.
A handling fee will be deducted from the refund on tickets resold. Reimbursement for resold tickets is made only to the original purchaser after the performance date.
NB Customers are not notified of a successful resale other than via a credit/debit card refund or cheque. Customers are not notified of an unsuccessful resale.
Please ensure you contact the Box Office to check the status of your resale.
General Conditions
Tickets may not be sold on for more than face value.
All tickets are sold subject to the right of the Management to make any alterations to the published operas, dates or casts which may be necessary owing to illness or other unavoidable cause.
Latecomers will not be admitted to the auditorium and there will be no re-admission until a suitable pause.
The Management reserves the right to refuse admission to the auditorium.
Photography, video-taping and sound recording of any kind are strictly prohibited. Bags and packages must not be taken into the auditorium . Mobile phones must be switched off.
