Glyndebourne Gift Vouchers can be used to buy tickets for performances or programmes. Vouchers are available for any amount starting from £10. They are sent in a presentation pack and make an ideal gift for an opera lover.

Terms and conditions
- Gift Certificates are valid for 5 years from date of issue.
- They can be used to buy tickets for performances or programmes. They cannot be used in Glyndebourne’s Bar, Restaurants or the Gift Shop.
- If you do not spend the entire balance of the Gift Certificate the remaining balance will be re-printed and re-issued.
- Gift Certificates may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the value stored on the card on payment of the difference.
- Gift Vouchers cannot currently be redeemed online.
- If any product purchased with a Gift Certificate is subsequently exchanged for a product of a lower
price or a refund, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the card.
- Gift Certificates should be treated as cash. They cannot be redeemed for cash in part or whole, or replaced if lost or stolen.
- Future balance updates will be printed with your tickets, and will display ticket terms and conditions, however these terms and conditions continue to apply.
- Glyndebourne cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost post. Orders over £100 will be delivered via Special Delivery at a cost of £5.00.
- Gift Certificates will normally be dispatched within three working days unless a specified later delivery date is requested.
- We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.

How will my gift vouchers be delivered?
Royal Mail is used for deliveries. All orders are automatically be sent via Special Delivery at a cost of £5 which includes next day delivery.
Can you send the vouchers to a third party?
Currently we are only able to deliver gift vouchers to the purchaser.
I need my vouchers to arrive tomorrow, is that possible?
All orders are sent by Special Delivery at a standard cost of £5. If you would like more details on this service, please phone our helpline on +44 (0) 1273 813813. Orders must be received by 3pm.
Force Majeure; we cannot be held responsible for failure to meet service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.
