Annual Fund
The Annual Fund raises approximately £250,000 each year to support the work of Glyndebourne's technical and artistic teams. Donations both large and small to the Annual Fund are invaluable in enabling us to provide support wherever it is needed and so maintain our standards of excellence.
In previous years the money raised helped to replace the dimmer system for the auditorium, new cutting and moulding machinery, as well as an extension to our props workshops. Please support the Glyndebourne Annual Fund, with your help we can preserve Glyndebourne as a world-class opera house for generations to come.
To donate to the Annual Fund please make a donation through Charity Choice via the button below or contact the Development Co-ordinator, Sharon Bass, at the address at the bottom of this page.

New Generation Fund
Glyndebourne needs your help to secure investment in the next generation. The New Generation Fund has been established to support Glyndebourne’s long-term artistic and audience development plans. In addition to supporting some of our current programmes we have ambitious plans to develop new artists, composers, technical staff and audiences for opera. Our aim is to raise £10 million in 10 years for the New Generation Fund.
Every pound we raise brings us closer to securing the objectives of this fund. To find out more about supporting the New Generation Fund please contact:

There are also opportunities to support young artists through our Understudy Programme and Musical Preparation Scheme, which supports assistant conductors, repetiteurs, and language coaches throughout our intensive rehearsal period, as well as the Glyndebourne Chorus.
