Security

Buying products from the Glyndebourne Shop is as safe as using your credit card in the high street. Your credit card and personal details are encrypted and sent via SSL (Secure Socket Layer), an industry standard for the transmission of private data. These details are temporarily stored in our secure database, where they are downloaded for offline processing. We don't store any of this information for longer than is necessary to process your transaction.

Terms and conditions

Price and Availability
Orders are subject to availability. Prices are valid until 31 December 2006. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications were correct. All dimensions are approximate and while we make every effort to reproduce colour accurately, there may be slight variations that occur during printing.

Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will refund, or exchange any item as long as both the packaging and the goods remain intact and are returned in perfect condition within ten working days Return postage will only be refunded if the goods are faulty.

To make a return, please fill out the back of your delivery note, giving the reason for the return and post the item securely in its original packaging. Please ask for Proof of Postage from your Post Office. We cannot refund items lost or broken in transit. Returns are dealt with as soon as they arrive, but please allow 14 days for your return or exchange to be processed.

Delivery

We aim to despatch goods within 2 working days but please allow 12 days for delivery. We can deliver to your home address or any alternative, please specify when placing your order.

Express Delivery
This is available for UK orders placed by phone Monday to Thursday 9.30 – 12.00. We will quote a charge on receipt of order.
