75th Anniversary Silent Auction

In aid of the New Generation Fund

In celebration of our 75th anniversary, ten distinguished artists, whose connection with Glyndebourne in some cases goes back several decades, have donated paintings in a variety of media.

The auction opens on the first night of the Festival, Thursday 21 May and closes on the last night of the 2009 season, Sunday 30 August.

The New Generation Fund

The proceeds of the auction will support the New Generation Fund for Glyndebourne. This will secure Glyndebourne's long term artistic plans by funding projects that focus on the development of artistic excellence and training emerging artists, as well as underpinning Glyndebourne's audience development objectives.
