Terms and Conditions for using the Press Image Library
The Image Library is for use by press publications only and by using this site you agree to the Terms & Conditions. Unauthorised use of images may incur substantial fees.
The images are on temporary loan to you, and are accepted by you under the following terms and conditions:
- The reproductions must accompanied by the photographer’s credit
- The reproductions must accompanied by the caption title and Glyndebourne Productions Ltd
- Photographs cannot be cropped, overprinted, manipulated or subject to any form of derogatory treatment without the prior approval of the copyright owner
- Photographs are for editorial use only and must not be used for marketing, advertising or commercial purposes
- All the images are the copyright of the photographer and may be published for the agreed use only. Please contact the Press Office regarding other usage.
- Images may not be copied or stored in any electronic retrieval system without written permission from Glyndebourne.
- Reproduction rights when granted are personal to the client and may not be assigned or sublicensed, nor may the picture be loaned or transferred to a third party.
- For websites only: No more than five images may be reproduced to accompany an online article or online review and images are sized at a maximum of 72 dpi.
