He attended St Martin’s Central School of Art and Design and has worked internationally in theatre, opera, dance and film. The recipient of many accolades, including the Paris Critics’ Prize and the Edinburgh Festival Music and Arts Award, he directed and designed the set for Das Rheingold (COC).

His work in theatre and dance has taken him to Theatre de Complicité, the NT, RSC and Toronto. He has also worked with Andrew Lloyd Webber and the National Ballet of Canada.
