Born in France, he studied singing and chamber music in Nancy.
He made his debut in Il prigioniero (Nancy) and subsequent roles include Re Cefalo/Enigma (premiere, Montepulciano Festival); title role/Der Kaiser von Atlantis (Nancy, Paris, Caen, Luxembourg); Prince Yamadori, Imperial Comissioner/Madama Butterfly (Lille, Amiens, Nantes, Angers); Pietro Fléville/Andrea Chénier (Nancy); Hérisson/L’Etoile (Opéra- Comique); Apollo/Orfeo (Aix); Mathieu/Candide (Rouen). He has also sung in Wozzeck (Nancy, Lille, Caen); L’oca del Cairo (Opéra-Comique) Iphigénie en Tauride (Nancy).
Concerts include Handel’s Messiah, Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, Fauré’s Requiem, Bacalov’s Misa Tango, Gounod’s Mors et Vita, Charpentier’s Pastorale (with the Orchestre National de Lorraine). Future engagements include Hermann, Schlemil Les Contes d’Hoffmann (Avignon); Marullo/Rigoletto (Toulon).
