Food and Drink
Food and Drink are not permitted inside the auditorium or in the Organ room or shop.
Photography
The taking of photographs and use of recording equipment in the auditorium are forbidden.
Mobile Phones
Please ensure your mobile phone is switched off in the auditorium.
Members of the audience wearing digital watches are requested to turn off the automatic time signal.
Children
The management advises that children under the age of eight years old may find it difficult to maintain concentration for the duration of an opera. In the interest of the audience the management reserves the right to ask patrons to remove children if they are causing a disturbance.
Access
Reserved wheelchair spaces at Foyer Circle level can be booked via the Box Office. There is a lift to all levels but please note that there is no wheelchair access to the Stalls.
Wheelchair users must be accompanied by an able-bodied companion, who will be included in the ticket price.
Glyndebourne has a number of wheelchairs that can be borrowed for the evening. Please call 01273 815000 to book in advance. Please let us know if you require additional assistance from Glyndebourne staff who are very willing to help.
If, for any mobility reason, you might find it difficult to evacuate quickly from the building in an emergency, you must inform the Box Office.
Adapted lavatories are on the Blue Side at Foyer Circle level, next to the Wallops restaurants and in the Plashett Building.
