Latest News

On 11th July 2008, the Secretary of State granted permission for the wind turbine to supply the opera house with clean renewable energy and reduce our direct carbon emissions by 70%.

This is obviously a very significant step for Glyndebourne in our continued drive to take responsibility for the impact we have on the environment.

The verdict comes after a Public Enquiry which was held in Lewes in February 2008.
